Guadalajara Burgers

  1. Prepare Burger Condiments First
  2. Bacon -
  3. Put 8 slices of bacon in oven at 375
  4. degrees for 25 minutes or until crisp
  5. Sour Cream -
  6. Add finely chopped chipotle pepper
  7. to 4 ounces of sour cream and mix.
  8. Pico De Gallo -
  9. Dice one tomato, half medium
  10. onion, half bunch of cilantro, add the
  11. juice of one lime and season with salt
  12. and pepper
  13. Slice Monterey Jack Cheese
  14. Avocado - Sliced or Mashed and
  15. tossed with lime juice salt and pepper
  16. Brioche buns - Grilled
  17. For burger patties add all ingredients except salt into work bowl and mix. Divide into four equal patties and season both sides with salt and grill.

  19. Bottom bun
  20. Avocado
  21. Burger
  22. Cheese
  23. Bacon
  24. Pico de Gallo
  25. Sour cream
  26. Top bun
  27. Options
  28. Add Serrano/Jalapeno pepper to Pico de Gallo
  29. Switch Cheese to Pepper Jack
  30. Use Peppered Bacon
  31. Butter buns before toasting
  32. Tip: Dont use lean ground beef and don't press down on the burger when grilling! (This results in a dry burger)
