Chilean Seafood Stew

  1. 1. In a dutch oven Cook onions until browned. Add bell peppers. Add garlic, jalapeno, wine, clam juice, tomatos, bay leaf, lime juice. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sea bass, and shrimp. Remove from heat. Discard bay leaf add cilantro and scallions. Serve w/Lime wedges.
