Lasagna
- 3 cans (29oz) Hunts tomato sauce
- 1 can (29oz) diced tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 squirt basil blend
- 1 T italian seasoning
- 4 pkt sugar
- 3 lb. 92% lean ground meat
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 (15oz) light ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 lb. shredded mozzarella
- olive oil cooking spray
- Brown ground meat.
- Mix sauce, tomatoes, garlic, italian seasonings, basil, and sugar. Cook in pot for about 1 hour.
- Mix ricotta, eggs and parmesan.
- Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray.
- Layer meat sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture and mozzarella cheese. **reserve enough sauce only for bottom and top layers of pan**
- Bake 350 degrees for at least 1 hour.
