Meatballs With Spaghetti
- 1.5 lb ground sirloin
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 2 cups dry seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- With hands, mix beef, sausage, eggs, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Knead in bread crumbs, then slowly add water, a little at a time, mixing with hands. Mixture will be very moist.
- Use your hands or an ice-cream scoop to form meatballs, and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes.
- Cook in tomato sauce for 10 minutes and serve over spaghetti.
