Susa'S Warm Pork Tenderloin Pasta Salad

  1. Hard boil 2 eggs. Boil 1 cup frozed peas. Cook pasta, any type, spiral or egg noodles is great. While it's cooking, cut pork tenderloin pieces (leftover cold) into small bite sizes pieces. Toss into bowl. Dice 1/4 cup of onion, 1 clove garlic, and toss into bowl.
  2. When pasta, peas and eggs are done, drain peas and toss into bowl, toss warm pasta into bowl, chop hard boiled eggs into bowl. Mix around. Add 1/2 cup ranch dressing of your choice, and 1/2 cup italian dressing. Add a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp of pepper. Mix it all up. Serve Warm.
