Walnut Pinwheels

  1. In a mix bowl, take 3/4 cup margarine and mix with 1/2 cup Splenda, egg substitute, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Sift in flour, baking power, and salt. Blend together. Chill at least 1 hour.
  2. In food processor mix remaining 1/4 cup margarine, 1/2 cup Splenda, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and walnuts. Set aside.
  3. Round out cookie dough into a 15 inch x 10 inch rectangle. Spread the walnuts mixture on dough. Roll up jelly roll style. Chill 1 hour. Cut into 36 cookies and place on cookie sheet into a preheated 375' oven for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be golden.
