Unbaked Fruit Cake

  1. After cutting fruit and nuts, mix thoroughly.
  2. Press tightly in crock.
  3. Let stand 1 week or ten days before cutting.
  4. This keeps indefinitely.
  5. Half of this recipe makes a good nice cake. Fruit balls can be made out of this recipe (part) also.
  6. Takes about 1 teaspoon of fruit.
  7. Roll into a ball, then roll in coconut.
