Banana Bread With Cinnamon Crumble Topping

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Butter and flour 9x5x3 inche metal baking pan. Whisk 1/12 c flour, 1 c sugar, 1 t cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in med bowl. Whisk next 5 ingr in large bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Transfer batter to pan. Mix 2 T sugar, i 1 cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter.
  2. Bake bread until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hr. Cool bread in pan 30 mins. Turn pan on its side, slide out bread. Let cool completely.
