Mom'S Cocktail Meatballs

  1. Meatballs:
  2. Combine all ingredients for meatballs except minced onion. Shape into small balls. Pan fry in hot oil to which onion has been added.
  3. Sauce:
  4. Cook onion slowly in butter - not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer gently about 10 minutes. Pour over drained meatballs.
  5. Serve in heated server with toothpicks
