Meijer'S Turkey Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Stir together cornstarch, ginger, broth and soy sauce until smooth; set aside.
  2. In skillet in 2 tablespoons hot oil, stir-fry the turkey until browned.
  3. Remove; set aside.
  4. In skillet in 1 tablespoon hot oil, stir-fry vegetables with garlic until tender-crisp.
  5. Reduce heat to medium; stir in the turkey and the broth mixture.
  6. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
