Chicken In Wine Crock Pot

  1. Dredge chicken in flour.
  2. add everything to very large crock pot (except for water and cornstarch)
  3. Cook on high or low until done.
  4. Make a paste of water and cornstarch. Add to crock pot, mix well, replace lid, cook for 15 minutes until sauce has thickened. (my crock pot was too full so I had to put it all in a large sauce pot on stove to do this.)

chicken, flour, ham hocks, onions, carrot, bouquet garni, chicken broth, red wine, water, corn starch
