Baked Family Style Pasta
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 to 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 to 1 c. canned beef gravy
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box penne pasta
- 1 c. Mozzarella, grated
- In frying pan brown the beef, oil and garlic.
- Saute until meat is cooked.
- Drain.
- Add the spaghetti sauce, gravy, Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Simmer the mixture while you cook the pasta in 4 quarts of boiling water until barely tender.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
- Pour into a large baking dish and top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Yields 6 servings.
