Shrimp-And-Sausage Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage slices in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, stir in broth, Creole seasoning, salt, and peppers. Cook until the peppers are crisp-tender, 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until pink, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in scallions.
  3. Place hot pasta in four individual serving bowls and top each with shrimp mixture.
