Potato Patch Casserole

  1. Combine ground beef, onion, egg, 1/4 cup milk, bread crumbs and seasonings.
  2. Shape into 18 meatballs and brown in cooking oil. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Add cheese.
  3. Stir until melted.
  4. Combine potatoes, peas and carrots.
  5. Place in roaster.
  6. Arrange meatballs around edge of dish.
  7. Cover with sauce.
  8. Cover dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
