All Bran Muffins
- 1 All purpose flour-930g
- 2 All Bran flakes- 4 cup
- 3 salt-1tsp
- 4 Soda bicarbonate-5 levelled tsp( do not use baking powder)
- 5 Eggs-4
- 6 Light Brown Sugar- 620g
- 7 Milk 1 Litre
- 8 Canola Oil-125 ml
- 9 Vanilla essence- 4 tbsp
- 10 Raisins-250g
- 11 Dates -250g
- 12 Nuts-100g
- Take a big bowl and beat the eggs well. Add sugar and blend till creamy.Add oil and and mix well. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add milk and bran mixture alternately to the egg mixture till all ingredients are well mixed..Add raisins ,dates and nuts.
- Sore this in a glass /tupperwarebowl.Close it tightly with cling wrap/lid.Leave this in fridge for 12 hours before baking..Bake in apreheated ovenat 180degrees c,for15 minutes.
- Brush the muffins wth salted butter and top with mashed bananaand brown sugar.
