Ray'S Chicken Spaghetti
- 8 chicken breasts or whole chicken
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion, quartered
- 8 oz. pkg. thin noodles
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder or granules
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. sour cream mix
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Cook chicken breasts or whole chicken, celery and onion in pressure cooker or broil.
- Cook thin noodles per package instructions.
- Saute butter, onion, celery, bell pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder or granules.
- Mix all ingredients together in baking pan and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
