Shrimp Sauce For Linquini

  1. Melt 1/2 cube of butter
  2. Stir in about 3 TBS. flour
  3. Add enough low fat milk to make a thin sauce
  4. Add one can of Cream Soup (I used Celery)
  5. Add more milk to thin mixture to consistency for a sauce
  6. Add about 1 TBS. Parsley
  7. Add about 2 or 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  8. Add 1/3rd Cup of White Wine
  9. 2 tesp. Italian pepper
  10. Mix well and stir in 1/3 Cup of sour cream
  11. Add seasoned shrimp,
  12. Serve over Linguini
  13. You could also add some broccoli florets if you want.
