Shrimp Sauce For Linquini
- 1/2 Cube of butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- Low fat milk
- One can of cream soup
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 o 3 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/3 Cup of white wine
- 2 tsp Italian pepper
- 1/3 Cup of sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 pound of cooked and seasoned shrimp.
- Melt 1/2 cube of butter
- Stir in about 3 TBS. flour
- Add enough low fat milk to make a thin sauce
- Add one can of Cream Soup (I used Celery)
- Add more milk to thin mixture to consistency for a sauce
- Add about 1 TBS. Parsley
- Add about 2 or 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- Add 1/3rd Cup of White Wine
- 2 tesp. Italian pepper
- Mix well and stir in 1/3 Cup of sour cream
- Add seasoned shrimp,
- Serve over Linguini
- You could also add some broccoli florets if you want.
