Fresh Tuna With Sesame, Ginger & Coriander Noodles

  1. Place the tuna in a shallow dish with the sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar & ginger. Mix well & leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or BBQ to a moderate setting, cook for 5-6 minutes each side. Alternatively, pan-fry for 3-4 minutes each side, or to taste.
  3. Mix together the cooked noodles, coriander & sesame seeds. Serve the tuna on a bed of the noodles, & drizzle with a little extra soy sauce & sesame oil if desired.
