Turkey Tacos

  1. Heat oil in heavy skillet.
  2. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes, until tender.
  3. Add turkey, stirring constantly over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.
  4. Stir in salsa, spices and cornstarch mixture; heat through and simmer to thicken.
  5. Serve on corn or wheat tortillas; garnish with 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream.
  6. Serves 4.
