Chocolate Zucchini Cake With Chocolate Chip Topping

• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. white sugar
• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1/2 c. oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. soda
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 zucchini, finely grated (6 inches long)
• 1 c. chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts

1. Cream the sugar, butter and oil.
2. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and buttermilk; mix well.
3. Add measured dry ingredients, then grated zucchini.
4. Blend well.
5. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top; bake at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes.
