Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- 1/4 Cup - Butter or Margarine, melted
- 1/4 Teaspoon - Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon - Parsley
- 2 Cups - Jiffy Baking Mix
- 2/3 Cup - Milk
- 1/4 Teaspoon - Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup - Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Grated Parmesean Cheese
- 1. Combine Butter, Garlic Powder and Parsley.
- 2. In a seperate bowl, combine Jiffy Baking Mix, Milk, Baking Soda and Cheddar. Beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds.
- 3. Add a little less than half of the butter mixture to the dough and stir in for a few seconds.
- 4. Spoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- 5. Lightly sprinkle some parmesean cheese on top of each biscuit.
- 6. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- 7. Remove biscuits from oven and brush tops with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle on some additional parsley if desired.
