Virtue Cider Michigan Honey And Apricot Warm Brie En Croute

  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees F
  2. To create the apricot glaze, in a small saucepan, combine apricot preserves, Virtue Cider Michigan Honey, and salt. Reduce slightly until thickened and cool to room temperature
  3. For the assembly, roll out a sheet of puffed pastry until it can wrap around the wheel of cheese
  4. Place cheese wheel in the center, add glaze to the top along with walnuts and cranberries
  5. Wrap the pastry around the brie, ensuring the wheel is completely encased
  6. Whisk the egg and water together to create an egg wash and brush the outside of the pastry with egg wash
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until puffed pastry is golden; serve immediately with crackers and apples
