Shrimp Creole

  1. 1. Saute shrimp in butter for 2 -3 mins then remove. Add flour and stir over MH heat unitl lighlty browned.
  2. 2. Add trinity and garlic and saute until onions are transparent. Add remaining ingredients except green onions, parsely and shrimp. Simmer 15 mins.
  3. 3. Add in remaining ingredients during last 5 mins. Serve over rice.
