Berry Trifle
- *1 Package sugar free strawberry pudding
- *1 package sugar free instant vamilla pudding
- *1 large tub sugar free cool whip
- *a quart of fresh strawberries
- *pint of fresh bluberries
- *low fat pound cake
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut.
- prepare jello and pudding as directed on package.cut up pound cake into little squares about a 1/2 inch in diameter. fold whip cream and pudding together until blended. cut up strawbwrries onto slices, not to big. put some pund cake on bottom of trifle dish spoon some of the jello ontop just to cover lightly, spoon some whipped cream mixture on top, them put some of the fruit on top of that. keep layering until all ingredients are used up,(except the jello, you only use that on cake layer)top with remaing friut and coconut, chill at least 2 hours before serving.
