Reuben Casserole

  1. Cook ziti rigati; drain.
  2. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper.
  3. Blend in milk.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Add cheese; stir until melted.
  6. Combine ziti, cheese sauce, corned beef and onions; mix well.
  7. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer one-half each of the ziti mixture and sauerkraut.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Top with bread cubes.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 until hot, about 30 minutes.
  11. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
