Vegetarian Bulgur Chili

  1. Heat oil in a large pot. Saute onions, pepper and garlic for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute 5 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer, covered for 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. if desired , add 1 can drained corn niblets.
  3. Enjoy
