Pb & Sesame Raspberry Pops
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups raspberries (or any fruit)
- 2 cups raspberry juice (or any juice)
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1) combine PB, yogurt, milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, and vanilla extract in food processor/blender until smooth.
- 2) In spouted cup, combine raspberry & raspberry juice.
- 3) Partially fill pop molds w/PB mixture, freeze for 1 hour.
- 4) Partially fill pop molds w/raspberry mixture, insert sticks, freeze for 1 hour.
- 5) Fill molds with remaining PB mixture, freeze for 8 hours
- 6) Let it stand for 5 minutes before removing from mold.
- 7) Spoon remaining honey around rim of pop(s) & sprinkle sesame seeds to coat.
