Open Face Gravlax Sandwiches With Guacamole

  1. Place avocado & lime juice in medium bowl, mash coarsely w/back of fork. Mix in tomatoes, onion, cilantro, basil & jalapeno. Season w/salt & pepper.
  2. (Can be made 2 hrs ahead, cover, chill)
  3. Arrange toast on plate. Spread w/guacamole, reserving 2 tbsp for garnish. Top w/lettuce. Overlap salmon on lettuce. Garnish w/dollop of guacamole.
