Use What You'Ve Got-Delicious And Easy Seafood Bisque

  1. heat sauce pan to medium heat
  2. add oil, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. saute for five minutes.
  4. add paprika and tomatoes.
  5. keep stirring and let simmer a few minutes.
  6. add broth, bouillon, water.
  7. bring to boil.
  8. add light sprinkle of cayenne pepper if spicy flavor is desired.
  9. reduce heat and cover, let simmer for 20 minutes.
  10. bring back up to medium heat.
  11. add bay scallops.
  12. boil for 2-3 minutes.
  13. add shrimp and boil a couple more minutes.
  14. add crab meat.
  15. in separate glass mix corn starch with about a 1/2 C. water. add to soup.
  16. bring to boil.
  17. reduce heat and add cream.
