Spiced Lamb Chops

  1. Mix the spices in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, cream the butter with a fork, adding 3 teaspoons for the spice mixture, the mint and the parsley.
  3. Add garlic to the butter with the salt; mix well.
  4. Set aside to allow the flavors to mellow at room temperature.
