Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

  1. 1 Combine all ingredients except the steak in a bowl; whisk until well combined. Flatten out the flank steak in a large, shallow nonaluminum dish. Pour the marinade over; cover. Marinate 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. 2 Prepare a grill or grill pan for medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade; grill 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Place on a cutting board to rest, 5 minutes. Thinly slice the steak on the diagonal and against the grain.
