My Favorite Mexican Chicken Casserole

  1. roast chicken and remove from bones. Place a layer of chips in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole. Pour enough chicken broth (1/2 cup) broth over chips to just moisten. Mix shredded chicken with all other ingredients except for the cheese together and put over chips. Top 1/2 with both cheese and bake uncovered @ 350 for 45minutes.
  2. Put the other 1/2 of cheese during last 10 mins of cooking
