Jamaican Rum Chocolate Nut Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat eggs on high in small bowel until light and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar. Reduce speed to low, add flour and water and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in nuts, chips and flavorings.
  4. This may be done 1-2 hours before serving.
  5. Turn mixture into pie shell. Bake until golden brown - about 40 minutes
  6. Serve warm with ice cream
