Soft Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Cream together melted buter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in vanilla, eggs and yolks until light and creamy.
  4. Mix in dry ingredients until just blended. Stir in chips.
  5. NOTE: I then like to put the dough into the frig for an hour or so (or overnight). This seems to give the flavors a chance to meld together better.
  6. Baking: Drop by 1/4 cup (it makes large cookies) onto cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in preheated 325 degree oven. Cool on baking sheets for a couple of minutes.
  8. DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!

flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, sweet, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, eggs, egg yolks, chocolate chucks, morsals, mixed white
