Green Enchiladas
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can each: chicken and mushroom soup (cream)
- about 1 can milk
- chili blend or chili powder
- 1 medium onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- cheese
- 6 or 7 tortillas or Doritos chips
- Cook meat, onion, chili blend or chili powder, salt and pepper together until done.
- Mix milk, soups and green chilies together. Start with tortillas or chips on bottom of 10 x 13-inch pan. Layer tortillas or chips, meat mixture on top, then soup mixture on top of meat.
- Repeat layers until all is gone.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Top with cheese.
- Cook until hot through and through.
