Dinner For One
- 4 oz Tilapia
- 1 T white wine
- 1 t lemon juice
- sprinkle dill weed
- 1 medium size red potato
- 1 t sesame oil
- sprinkle basil
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t granulated sugar
- 1 T grated ginger
- 1 t sesame seeds
- 1. Cut potato into cubes, drizzle with 1 t sesame oil, sprinkle with basil, place on greased cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees.
- 2. Saute green beans in wok with sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, fresh ginger and sesame seeds until beans are almost tender.
- 3. Pour wok mixture over potato. Place tilapia beside potato, drizzle with white wine, lemon juice and dill weed. Return entire mixture to oven until tilapia is flakey - approximately 6-8 minutes.
