- 2 EGGS
- 1/4 C. MILK
- 2 LBS. LEAN GROUND BEEF
- 2 PACKETS SAZON SEASONING**
- 1 TBSP. ADOBO SEASONING**
- 1 TSP. SALT
- 1 TSP. PEPPER
- 1 C. CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE
- 4 TBSPS. ITALIAN DRESSING (GLAZE)
- 4 TBSPS. MAPLE SYRUP (GLAZE)
- FIRST WITH FOOD PROCESSOR OR A MINI CHOPPER WILL MAKE HOMEMADE BREAD CRUMBS.
- IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS AND MIX WITH WIRE WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENED. NEXT ADD GROUND BEEF, AND THE NEXT 4 INGRED-
- IENTS MIX WELL UNTIL EVERY-THING IS WELL BLENDED TOGETH-
- ER. NEXT ADD BLUE CHEESE CAREFULLY SO AS NOT TO OVER MIX, BLEND WELL. NOW IN TWO LOAF PANS GREASED, ADD MEAT
- MIXTURE TO LOAF PANS. PUT A SLIT INTO THE MIDDLE OF MEAT SO AS TO POUR THE ITALIAN
- DRESSING 1/2 IN ONE AND 1/2
- INTO THE OTHER PAN. THEN ADD MAPLE SYRUP OVER EACH, 1/2
- ON ONE 1/2 ON THE OTHER AS
- FOR A GLAZE.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*F FOR 45 MINS.
- TO 1 HOUR OR UNTIL YOU SEE THE MEAT PULL AWAY FROM THE SIDES OF THE PANS. REMOVE
- FROM OVEN. LET STAND FOR AT LEAST 20 MINS. BEFORE SERVING
- FOR EASY CUTTING.
- MAKES 4 TO 8 SERVINGS.
- I SERVED THIS DISH WITH
