  2. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS AND MIX WITH WIRE WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENED. NEXT ADD GROUND BEEF, AND THE NEXT 4 INGRED-
  3. IENTS MIX WELL UNTIL EVERY-THING IS WELL BLENDED TOGETH-
  4. ER. NEXT ADD BLUE CHEESE CAREFULLY SO AS NOT TO OVER MIX, BLEND WELL. NOW IN TWO LOAF PANS GREASED, ADD MEAT
  5. MIXTURE TO LOAF PANS. PUT A SLIT INTO THE MIDDLE OF MEAT SO AS TO POUR THE ITALIAN
  6. DRESSING 1/2 IN ONE AND 1/2
  7. INTO THE OTHER PAN. THEN ADD MAPLE SYRUP OVER EACH, 1/2
  8. ON ONE 1/2 ON THE OTHER AS
  9. FOR A GLAZE.
  10. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*F FOR 45 MINS.
  11. TO 1 HOUR OR UNTIL YOU SEE THE MEAT PULL AWAY FROM THE SIDES OF THE PANS. REMOVE
  12. FROM OVEN. LET STAND FOR AT LEAST 20 MINS. BEFORE SERVING
  13. FOR EASY CUTTING.
  14. MAKES 4 TO 8 SERVINGS.
