Kim'S Chicken

  1. You put three (or four) defrosted chicken breasts into a small baking pan. I just used the Fit and Trim perdue and there were three, so do whatever you'd like. Put slices of cheddar cheese directly on top of chicken (I used the pre-sliced cheddar squares for cheese and crackers b/c that's what I had - but you get the point). Dump a can of Cream of Broccoli over top of chicken (do not mix with water or milk). Cook at 350 for 30 min.
  2. After 30 min - mix together Herb stuffing (used Pepperidge farms) and butter until coated (I guess about a cup of stuffing and maybe 3 tbsp butter?). Spread stuffing mixture over chicken. Bake for an additional 30 min at 350.
  3. I served with elbow noodles and just used sauce from the chicken - so good!
