No Noodle Lasagne
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 3/4 Chopped Onions
- 1 T Parsley Flakes
- 1 - 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- CHEESE FILLING
- 1 C. Creamed Cottage Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- CRUST
- 2 Cans Cresent Rolls
- 2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 T Mile
- 1 T Sesame Seeds (Optional)
- Brown meat and drain, add seasonings & tomato paste and cool.
- Combine all ingredients for cheese filling.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 rectangles. Place retangles of dough on ugreased cookie sheet overlaping edges slightly to form a 15 x 13 rectagle, press edges and perforations together.
- Spread half of meat mixture on rolls, cover with cheese filling and then cover with remaining meat mixture, making 3 layers.
- Place cheese slices over meat. Fold 13" eds of dough over filling 1", pinch edges to seal.
- Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
