Rachel'S Green Bean Stew!
- 3 cans of cut green beans
- 1 package of kielbasa sausage
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 jalapeno
- Red potatoes
- Black pepper
- Seasoned salt
- Garlic salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh mozzarella
- In a big pot warm green beans on med heat. Add just a little bit of water so that there is some broth. Add sliced onions and diced jalapenos. Add seasonings to taste. Cut up red potatoes into 1-2 inch pieces and add to green beans. In a separate skillet heat up a little bit of vegetable oil. Then add kielbasa sausage cut into bite size pieces. Add seasons and let sit for a little bit on each side to get them kinda crispy. Don't stir too much. Once the sausage is almost blackened add it to the green beans and let cook on low. When finished dice up the fresh mozzarella and serve it on the stew.
