Plum Pudding

  1. Coat 6-cup mold with cooking spray.
  2. Combine raisins, cherries, apple, lemon peel, juice and brandy.
  3. Let stand 1 hour. Add rest of cake mixture to the fruit mixture.
  4. Pour into mold and set mold pan in large saucepot.
  5. Add boiling water to halfway up side of mold pan.
  6. Cover and steam 4 hours.
