Icebox Cheese Cake
- 1 large can Carnation milk
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 32 graham crackers
- 1/4 lb. melted margarine
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. ground graham crackers
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 orange jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (5 oz.) can Milnot, whip thick
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Cool.
- Whip Milnot thick and add vanilla.
- Beat, then add 1 cup sugar.
- Beat, then add cream cheese.
- After jello is cooled, add to whipped mixture and beat until creamy.
- Pour over cracker crust.
- Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
