Mum'S Apple Crunch

  1. Wet ingredients--whisk together until smooth
  2. 1/3 cup oil (canola or grape seed)
  3. 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  5. Thoroughly coat dry ingredients with wet; place on greased cookie sheet and bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 minutes,
  6. stirring every 10 minutes...remove from oven when golden colored...cool.
