Green Tea And Red Bean Marquis With Coconut Coulis
- 1 c cooked red (azuki) beans
- 12 T honey
- 2 packages silken tofu
- 4 T instant green tea powder (used in bubble tea) or or very very strong brewed green tea
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp honey
- 1) Prepare four ramekins, muffin tins, or ring molds lined with acetate.
- 2) Combine red beans, one package of tofu, and 6 tablespoons of honey in food processor or blender until smooth.
- 3) Pour the red bean mousse into each of the cups.
- 4) Combine green tea powder, six tablespoons of honey, and other package of tofu food processor.
- 5) Layer green tea mixture on top of red bean mixture and put in refrigerator or freezer.
- 6) Combine coconut milk, vanilla, and 1 tsp honey in saucepan and stir over low heat until slightly reduced.
- 7) Chill mousse for several hours or overnight. Remove and drizzle with coconut coulis and serve cold.
