Spicy Beef Chili

  1. Brown 4-5 pieces of bacon. Drain fat, chop coarsely, set aside.
  2. Brown 1# ground sirloin in stock pot. Drain fat.
  3. Add bacon, seasoning mix, bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, habanero pepper, beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beer. Mix together.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning salt, add cayenne pepper, black pepper, pinch of dried oregano, pinch of red pepper flakes.
  5. Mix and bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat, simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add desired toppings and serve with cold beer.
