Blue Ribbon Salmon In Horseradish Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 1. Combine crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture forms a ball.
  3. 2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. Place fish on the baking sheet, and pour wine over fish. Lightly salt filets.
  4. 3. Using fingers, spread crust mixture thickly over filets.
  5. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 13-18 minutes depending on thickness.
  6. 5. Turn on broiler. Broil for 2-4 minutes or until crust is golden brown
