Cinnamon Tortilla Chips And Strawberry Salsa

  1. Salsa:
  2. Dice fruits and mix together in a bowl. Add cinnamon, mint, lemon juice and honey and mix together. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for at least a couple of hours, or overnight to allow flavours to blend.
  3. Tortilla Chips:
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly brush tortillas with water. Sprinkle tortillas with cinnamon sugar. Cut into chip-sized wedges. Bake on a non-stick baking sheet for 5-7 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool before serving.
