Willie'S Chili

  1. Cook bacon til crispy--drain (keeping the drippings) and crumple. Brown sausage, beef, onions, green pepper, garlic in the drippings. To the beef mix, add bacon, chili pepper, Jalapenos, chili power, salt and oregano. Stir in water, tomatoe paste, beef broth, beer and beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 1 1/2 hour. Refrigerate overnight. SImmer oncovered 1/2 hour and serve with condiments. The sour cream and lime add a distinctive flavor.
