Seafood Lasagne(Betty Crocker'S Cookbook)

  1. Heat margarine in 3-quart saucepan over low heat until melted. Add garlic.
  2. Stir in flour and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in milk and broth.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  6. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  7. Stir in Mozzarella cheese, basil and pepper.
  8. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
  9. Spread 1/4 of the cheese sauce (about 1 1/2 cups) in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
