Carol'S Famous Coleslaw

  1. Using a food processor chop (do not shred) the cabbage into small pieces about the size of confetti, then transfer to a large glass bowl.
  2. Using a small shreddar, grate the carrots, then add to the bowl.
  3. Add in the chopped green onions with the celery seed, then mix to combine with a wooden spoon.
  4. For the dressing: in a medium size bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for a minumum of 24 hours to blend the flavors.
